Autsorcing (from Engl. outsourcing, use of outer sources or facilities) is a method of optimization of activity of enterprises due to concentrating on a basic object and transmission of secondary functions and corporate roles to the external specialized companies.

Aim: a customer controls basic processes and does not waste strength, facilities and time on second-rate business processes.

Cost is set in contracts on implementation of services. It is regulated by standards of economic activity.

Benefits for a customer: as a rule, Impel Griffin is able to carry out works cheaper, than a Customer is able to carry them out independently, as the outsourcing activity is basic for us.

Area of use: for Ukraine outsourcing is a new business instrument of development of business. Outsourcing of marketing specialists, designers, guards, drivers, cleaners, or any specific personnel is widespread.

Outstaffing (from Engl. out staff, external state) means taking out the staff of employees of subsidiary business processes.

Aim: To concentrate on basic business processes, not to spend time on selection, training of personnel, time on registration of sick-leaves, permits for minor personnel, not to spend time on HR records management, not to spend resources on an office for HR department.

Benefits for a customer:

  1. Impel Griffin will conduct HR records management independently;
  2. Impel Griffin will select and in obedience to the legislation system will train, will get permissions and admittances on electricians, steeplejacks, engineers and other specialists;
  3. Impel Griffin will conduct a salary project all over Ukraine.

Cost:
A monthly calculation for the service of outstaffing includes followings constituents:

  • sum of monthly gross taxable incomes of workers (charged salary) and obligatory tax charge from a salary;
  • sum of communal tax of 1,70 UAH for 1 worker per month;
  • sum of bank commission charges for remittance of salary of workers on salary bank cards of 1% from the sums of payments;
  • back - insurance accrued sick and compensation of all types of leave;
  • compensation for unused vacation, paid by the employee with dismissal, and compensation in case of dismissal of an employee at the initiative of the customer before the expiration of contracts or fixed-term employment contract in the amount prescribed by applicable labor laws of Ukraine;
  • payments to employees made by Executor according to the current legislation in relation to accidents and accidents occurred to employees during the performance of the work in the territory of the customer;
  • remuneration of performers;

20% VAT (the VAT amount paid as the customer uses the tax credit)

The base value of the pay is 25% of the payroll staff involved in the project.
